Advanced Research Centre

The Mazumdar-Shaw Advanced Research Centre (the ARC), is a £116.5 million building forming part of the main Gilmorehill campus and is the collaborative heart of research at the University of Glasgow.

The ARC provides facilities for the entire University research community and is home to 500 multidisciplinary researchers working on tackling global challenges across five broad themes: Creative Economies & Cultural Transformation, Digital Chemistry, Global Sustainable Development, Quantum and Nanotechnology, and Technologies Touching Life.
